Machinery:

Our machines are mainy from Jakob Muller, Switzerland.

We use rapier looms for hot slit labels, needle looms for woven edges and ultrasonic cutting machines.

We utilize the most up to date CAD/ CAM applications for the manufacture of jacquard woven products, Sumeru is a proven resource for the production of fine wovem products, whether need is for a simple care and content label or a more focused brand label. Our engineering department determines the most efficient and tasteful definition of product from one to twelve colours of lettering


With a wide variety of colours, Sumeru offers many choices for lettering and logos and by employing various weaving techniques a myriad of background sections are available. Our Jacquard designers and engineers will adapt any design to a distinctive weave. Our products span the entire spectrum of jacquard weaves, taffeta, twill, satin twills and damask.

Yarns:

We use 100 Denier for Warp and for the lettering 150 Denier or 80 Denier as per requirement.


Sumeru performs quality tests on incoming yarns and we test regularly for shrinkage and colour fastness. We guarantee precise Pantone Colour or specific matching of all inks and yarns. Our yarns are produced by the top yarn producers. We have almost 700 shades of different colours of yarn.
